Elevate Eyecare

Elevate Eyecare serves three distinct audiences under one brand: patients, optometrists, and independent practice owners, each with different needs, questions, and reasons for being on the site. As a lead designer on the account, I worked within an established brand system while expanding it to support a growing range of page types and content needs. The patient-facing work shown here follows a natural funnel: from eye health education and condition information, through what to expect at an exam, to finding a nearby location and booking through a custom-built online scheduler I designed from userflow through final UI. Alongside that, I designed pages targeting the other side of the business: recruiting optometrists to join the network and guiding independent practice owners through the process of a transition.

A cohesive, brand-aligned web presence that speaks clearly to patients, doctors, and practice owners across a wide range of page types and content needs.

Key areas:

  • Led product design for a custom online scheduler built from the ground up — defining the full userflow and delivering every screen from location selection through patient information, insurance collection, and appointment confirmation.
  • Designed patient-facing pages including Eye Health, Your Elevated Eye Exam, condition-specific treatment pages, and a Find a Location experience, each built to inform and convert while maintaining a consistent visual tone across the site.
  • The Find a Location page combines map and list views with filtering by doctor and insurance accepted, giving patients a flexible, low-friction way to find the right location for them.
  • Designed the Eye Health section and a reusable component that surfaces eye health content across the site, creating a connected content experience that encourages patients to explore conditions and learn more about their care.
  • Treatment pages follow a clear, structured format, covering overview, symptoms, and treatment options, ensuring patients can quickly find what they need regardless of where they enter the section.
  • Designed for a multi-audience site, which required distinct tonal and structural approaches for patient pages, a Careers page speaking to optometrists, and a Selling a Practice page addressing independent practice owners weighing a transition.
  • Applied the Elevate Eyecare brand system — deep green palette, clean typography, photography style, and UI patterns — consistently across every page, creating a unified experience that holds together at scale.
  • Collaborated with the development team and stakeholders throughout to keep designs grounded in technical feasibility and aligned with business goals.
